\u53ef\u80fd\u9817\u5177\u6311\u6230\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u906d\u5230\u99c1\u56de\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u7533\u8acb\u906d\u5230\u99c1\u56de\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u53ef\u63a1\u53d6\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u8a34\u9014\u5f91\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f5c\u70ba\u81ea 1992 \u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\u4f0a\u65af\u5766\u5821\u9996\u5c48\u4e00\u6307\u7684\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u670d\u52d9\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\uff0cLegalixa \u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\u5c08\u7cbe\u65bc\u5354\u52a9\u500b\u4eba\u53ca\u4f01\u696d\u8655\u7406\u9019\u4e9b\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u672c\u6307\u5357\u5c07\u70ba\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u5fc5\u8981\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u52a9\u60a8\u6709\u6548\u91dd\u5c0d\u571f\u8033\u5176\u906d\u99c1\u56de\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u7533\u8acb\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6700\u5927\u5316\u60a8\u5728 2026 \u5e74\u7372\u5f97\u6210\u529f\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u76ee\u9304<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-aioseo-table-of-contents\"><ul><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-understanding-the-initial-rejection\">\u7406\u89e3\u521d\u671f\u7684\u62d2\u7d55<\/a><ul><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-the-administrative-appeal-process-your-first-step\">\u884c\u653f\u4e0a\u8a34\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1a\u60a8\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65<\/a><ul><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-time-limit-for-appeal\">\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u9650<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-preparing-your-appeal-petition\">\u6e96\u5099\u60a8\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\u8acb\u9858\u66f8<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-submission-of-the-appeal\">\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-what-happens-after-administrative-appeal\">\u884c\u653f\u4e0a\u8a34\u5f8c\u6703\u767c\u751f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4e8b\uff1f<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-the-judicial-appeal-taking-your-case-to-court\">\u53f8\u6cd5\u4e0a\u8a34\uff1a\u5c07\u6848\u4ef6\u63d0\u4ea4\u6cd5\u9662<\/a><ul><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-time-limit-for-judicial-appeal\">\u53f8\u6cd5\u4e0a\u8a34\u7684\u671f\u9650<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-filing-an-annulment-lawsuit\">\u63d0\u8d77\u5a5a\u59fb\u7121\u6548\u8a34\u8a1f<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-key-aspects-of-a-judicial-appeal\">\u53f8\u6cd5\u4e0a\u8a34\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u8981\u9ede\uff1a<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-essential-considerations-for-a-successful-appeal\">\u6210\u529f\u4e0a\u8a34\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u8003\u91cf<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-common-pitfalls-to-avoid\">\u61c9\u907f\u514d\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u9677\u9631<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-faqs-on-turkish-work-permit-appeals\">\u95dc\u65bc\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u4e0a\u8a34\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u554f\u984c<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-connect-with-akkas-associates-law-firm-for-expert-guidance\">\u82e5\u60a8\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u7684\u52de\u5de5\u8a31\u53ef\u7533\u8acb\u906d\u99c1\u56de\uff0c\u8acb\u806f\u7d61\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8a34<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-understanding-the-initial-rejection\">\u7406\u89e3\u521d\u671f\u7684\u62d2\u7d55<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6536\u5230\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u906d\u62d2\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4ee4\u4eba\u6cae\u55aa\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9019\u6b63\u662f\u5236\u5b9a\u5468\u5168\u4e0a\u8a34\u7b56\u7565\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u3002\u571f\u8033\u5176\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.csgb.gov.tr\/en\/\">\u52de\u52d5\u8207\u793e\u6703\u5b89\u5168\u90e8<\/a>\uff08\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\uff09\u662f\u5be9\u67e5\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dc\uff0c\u5176\u904b\u4f5c\u4f9d\u64da\u70ba\u300a\u570b\u969b<a href=\"https:\/\/turkishlaborlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/INTERNATIONAL_WORKFORCE_LAW-6735__.pdf\">\u7b2c6735\u865f\u52de\u52d5\u6cd5\u300b<\/a>\u7684\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8a72\u90e8\u5c07\u5c31\u99c1\u56de\u6c7a\u5b9a\u63d0\u4f9b\u7406\u7531\u8aaa\u660e\u3002\u4ed4\u7d30\u5be9\u95b1\u6b64\u901a\u77e5\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u99c1\u56de\u7406\u7531\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0d\u9f4a\u5168\u6216\u6709\u8aa4\uff1a<\/strong> \u7533\u8acb\u906d\u62d2\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u65bc\u6587\u4ef6\u7f3a\u6f0f\u3001\u63d0\u4ea4\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6709\u8aa4\uff0c\u6216\u672a\u63d0\u4f9b\u7d93\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u7ffb\u8b6f\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u672a\u7b26\u5408\u90e8\u6703\u6a19\u6e96\uff1a<\/strong> \u8a72\u90e8\u6703\u91dd\u5c0d\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u8a02\u6709\u5177\u9ad4\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u8003\u91cf\u56e0\u7d20\u5305\u62ec\u571f\u8033\u5176\u52de\u52d5\u5e02\u5834\u3001\u7279\u5b9a\u7522\u696d\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7684\u8cc7\u683c\u3002\u82e5\u60a8\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u9019\u4e9b\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u906d\u5230\u99c1\u56de\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u96c7\u4e3b\u672a\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u5145\u5206\u7406\u7531\uff1a<\/strong> \u96c7\u4e3b\u5fc5\u9808\u8b49\u660e\u50f1\u7528\u5916\u7c4d\u4eba\u58eb\u78ba\u6709\u6b63\u7576\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4e26\u8b49\u660e\u76ee\u524d\u96e3\u4ee5\u627e\u5230\u5177\u5099\u985e\u4f3c\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u6c11\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7981\u6b62\u5f9e\u4e8b\u7684\u8077\u696d\uff1a<\/strong> \u571f\u8033\u5176\u5883\u5167\u67d0\u4e9b\u8077\u696d\u50c5\u9650\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u6c11\u5f9e\u4e8b\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u5f8b\u5e2b\u3001\u516c\u8b49\u4eba\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u591a\u6578\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u7684\u7259\u91ab\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u516c\u5171\u79e9\u5e8f\uff0f\u516c\u5171\u5b89\u5168\u8003\u91cf\uff1a<\/strong> \u82e5\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u5c0d\u516c\u5171\u79e9\u5e8f\u3001\u516c\u5171\u5b89\u5168\u6216\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u69cb\u6210\u5a01\u8105\uff0c\u8a72\u7533\u8acb\u5c07\u88ab\u99c1\u56de\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u904e\u5f80\u7684\u7c3d\u8b49\uff0f\u5c45\u7559\u9055\u898f\u7d00\u9304\uff1a<\/strong> \u5148\u524d\u9055\u53cd\u571f\u8033\u5176\u79fb\u6c11\u6cd5\u7684\u7d00\u9304\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c0d\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u7522\u751f\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u865b\u5047\u6216\u8aa4\u5c0e\u6027\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff1a<\/strong> \u4efb\u4f55\u63d0\u4f9b\u865b\u5047\u6216\u8aa4\u5c0e\u6027\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u90fd\u5c07\u5c0e\u81f4\u7533\u8acb\u7acb\u5373\u88ab\u99c1\u56de\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u81e8\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5f8c\u679c\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u672a\u6301\u6709\u5c45\u7559\u8a31\u53ef\uff08\u91dd\u5c0d\u5883\u5167\u7533\u8acb\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u5f9e\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5883\u5167\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u5916\u570b\u4eba\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u6301\u6709\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5c45\u7559\u8a31\u53ef\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6536\u5230\u99c1\u56de\u901a\u77e5\u5f8c\uff0c\u60a8\u6709\u6b0a\u63d0\u51fa\u884c\u653f\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u9019\u662f\u5c0d\u8a72\u6c7a\u5b9a\u63d0\u51fa\u7570\u8b70\u7684\u9996\u8981\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u4e5f\u662f\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7387\u7684\u9014\u5f91\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-time-limit-for-appeal\">\u4e0a\u8a34\u671f\u9650<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u884c\u653f\u4e0a\u8a34\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u6536\u5230\u99c1\u56de\u6c7a\u5b9a\u901a\u77e5\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77<strong>30\u5929\u5167<\/strong>\u63d0\u51fa\u3002\u82e5\u932f\u904e\u6b64\u671f\u9650\uff0c\u5c07\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u60a8\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u52d9\u5fc5\u8fc5\u901f\u63a1\u53d6\u884c\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-preparing-your-appeal-petition\">\u6e96\u5099\u60a8\u7684\u4e0a\u8a34\u8acb\u9858\u66f8<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u60a8\u7684\u7533\u8a34\u61c9\u4ee5\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u8acb\u9858\u66f8\u5f62\u5f0f\u63d0\u4ea4\u81f3\u52de\u52d5\u53ca\u793e\u6703\u5b89\u5168\u90e8\u3002\u8a72\u8acb\u9858\u66f8\u61c9\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u660e\u78ba\u9673\u8ff0\u60a8\u7684\u7570\u8b70\uff1a<\/strong>
