\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240<\/strong>\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63d0\u4f9b\u571f\u8033\u5176\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6cd5\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8aee\u8a62\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u79df\u5ba2\u9a45\u9010\u6848\u4ef6\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u623f\u6771\u9084\u662f\u79df\u5ba2\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3 <strong>\u571f\u8033\u5176\u9a45\u9010\u79df\u5ba2\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4f9d\u64da<\/strong> \u5c0d\u65bc\u6709\u6548\u4e14\u5408\u6cd5\u5730\u8655\u7406\u9019\u500b\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u76ee\u9304<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-aioseo-table-of-contents\"><ul><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-the-foundation-of-turkish-eviction-law\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u9a45\u9010\u6cd5\u7684\u57fa\u790e<\/a><ul><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-top-10-reasons-for-eviction-in-turkey\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5341\u5927\u9a45\u9010\u7406\u7531<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-the-eviction-process-in-turkey-key-steps-and-considerations\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u7684\u9a45\u9010\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1a\u95dc\u9375\u6b65\u9a5f\u8207\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9805<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-important-considerations-for-landlords-and-tenants\">\u623f\u6771\u8207\u79df\u5ba2\u9808\u77e5<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-faqs\">\u95dc\u65bc\u571f\u8033\u5176\u9a45\u9010\u539f\u56e0\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u554f\u984c<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-reach-us-for-reasons-for-eviction-in-turkey\">\u5982\u9700\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u8fa6\u7406\u9a45\u9010\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u8acb\u806f\u7d61\u6211\u5011<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u96a8\u8457\u4f0a\u65af\u5766\u5821\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u89c0\u4e0d\u65b7\u6f14\u8b8a\uff0c\u623f\u6771\u8207\u79df\u5ba2\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u4e92\u52d5\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e5f\u96a8\u4e4b\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u8981\u7406\u6e05\u571f\u8033\u5176\u79df\u8cc3\u6cd5\u7684\u8907\u96dc\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u8271\u9245\u7684\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u7576\u9762\u81e8\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u9a45\u9010\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u6642\u66f4\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728 Legalixa \u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6df1\u77e5\u5728\u6b64\u985e\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u6e05\u6670\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u8207\u5c08\u696d\u6307\u5c0e\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u672c\u6307\u5357\u65e8\u5728\u95e1\u660e 2026 \u5e74\u571f\u8033\u5176\u9a45\u9010\u79df\u5ba2\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u70ba\u623f\u6771\u8207\u79df\u5ba2\u96d9\u65b9\u63d0\u4f9b\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u53c3\u8003\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e3b\u8981\u4f9d\u64da\u300a\u571f\u8033\u5176\u7fa9\u52d9\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\uff08TCO\uff09\u7b2c 6098 \u865f\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u898f\u5b9a\u4e86\u623f\u6771\u7d42\u6b62\u79df\u8cc3\u5951\u7d04\u4e26\u555f\u52d5\u9a45\u9010\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u4e8b\u7531\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8207\u67d0\u4e9b\u9a45\u9010\u7a0b\u5e8f\u76f8\u5c0d\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f44\u5340\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c<strong>\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6cd5\u5f8b\u70ba\u79df\u5ba2\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u76f8\u7576\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u4fdd\u969c<\/strong>\uff0c\u4e26\u5f37\u8abf<strong>\u623f\u6771\u5fc5\u9808\u56b4\u683c\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/strong>\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u9019\u4e9b\u5408\u6cd5\u7684\u9a45\u9010\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u9810\u9632\u7cfe\u7d1b\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u7a0b\u5e8f\u9806\u5229\u4e14\u7b26\u5408\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u5b9a\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-top-10-reasons-for-eviction-in-turkey\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5341\u5927\u9a45\u9010\u7406\u7531<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5883\u5167\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u9a45\u9010\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u9075\u5faa\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8207\u6642\u9650\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u672a\u7e73\u7d0d\u79df\u91d1\uff1a<\/strong> \u9019\u6216\u8a31\u662f\u9a45\u9010\u79df\u5ba2\u6700\u76f4\u63a5\u4e14\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u7406\u7531\u3002\u82e5\u79df\u5ba2\u6301\u7e8c\u672a\u80fd\u6309\u6642\u7e73\u7d0d\u79df\u91d1\uff0c\u623f\u6771\u5373\u6709\u7406\u7531\u9032\u884c\u9a45\u9010\u3002\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1a<\/strong> \u623f\u6771\u5fc5\u9808\u5411\u79df\u5ba2\u767c\u51fa\u66f8\u9762\u8b66\u544a\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u900f\u904e\u516c\u8b49\u4eba\uff09\uff0c\u660e\u78ba\u5217\u51fa\u62d6\u6b20\u7684\u79df\u91d1\uff0c\u4e26\u7d66\u4e88\u4ed8\u6b3e\u5bec\u9650\u671f\uff08\u4f4f\u5b85\u79df\u7d04\u901a\u5e38\u70ba 30 \u5929\uff09\u3002\u82e5\u79df\u5ba2\u672a\u80fd\u5728\u8a72\u671f\u9650\u5167\u4ed8\u6b3e\uff0c\u623f\u6771\u53ef\u5c31\u672a\u4ed8\u79df\u91d1\u53ca\u9a45\u9010\u4e8b\u5b9c\uff0c\u63d0\u8d77\u9a45\u9010\u8a34\u8a1f\u6216\u57f7\u884c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5169\u6b21\u6b63\u7576\u8b66\u544a\uff1a<\/strong> \u5373\u4f7f\u79df\u5ba2\u5728\u6536\u5230\u8b66\u544a\u5f8c\u5df2\u4ed8\u6b3e\uff0c\u82e5\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u79df\u8cc3\u5e74\u5ea6\u5167\uff08\u91dd\u5c0d\u4e0d\u540c\u6708\u4efd\uff09\u5171\u767c\u51fa\u5169\u6b21\u56e0\u672a\u7e73\u79df\u800c\u767c\u51fa\u7684\u6b63\u7576\u8b66\u544a\uff0c\u623f\u6771\u53ef\u5728\u8a72\u79df\u8cc3\u5e74\u5ea6\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5167\u63d0\u8d77\u9a45\u9010\u8a34\u8a1f\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u642c\u96e2\u627f\u8afe\u66f8\uff08Tahliye Taahh\u00fctnamesi\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u7531\u79df\u5ba2\u7c3d\u7f72\u7684\u66f8\u9762\u627f\u8afe\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b49\u5c07\u65bc\u7279\u5b9a\u65e5\u671f\u524d\u642c\u96e2\u8a72\u7269\u696d\u3002\u9019\u5c0d\u623f\u6771\u800c\u8a00\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u6709\u529b\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u6548\u529b\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u3002\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u689d\u4ef6\uff1a<\/strong> \u8a72\u627f\u8afe\u66f8\u5fc5\u9808\u4ee5\u66f8\u9762\u5f62\u5f0f\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u4e26\u7531\u79df\u6236\uff08\u6216\u5176\u6388\u6b0a\u4ee3\u8868\uff09\u7c3d\u7f72\uff0c\u4e14\u9808\u65bc\u79df\u6236\u63a5\u7ba1\u8a72\u7269\u696d<em>\u4e4b\u5f8c<\/em>\u7c3d\u7f72\uff0c\u4e26\u660e\u78ba\u8f09\u660e\u64a4\u96e2\u65e5\u671f\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1a<\/strong> \u82e5\u627f\u79df\u4eba\u672a\u80fd\u5728\u7d04\u5b9a\u65e5\u671f\u524d\u642c\u96e2\uff0c\u623f\u6771\u53ef\u5728\u7d04\u5b9a\u65e5\u671f\u5f8c\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5167\u63d0\u51fa\u9a45\u9010\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u6216\u900f\u904e\u57f7\u9054\u54e1\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u555f\u52d5\u5f37\u5236\u57f7\u884c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u623f\u6771\u5c0d\u8a72\u7269\u696d\u7684\u771f\u6b63\u9700\u6c42\uff08\u500b\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\u9700\u6c42\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u82e5\u623f\u6771\u3001\u5176\u914d\u5076\u3001\u76f4\u7cfb\u8840\u89aa\u6216\u6cd5\u5b9a\u53d7\u64ab\u4eba\u78ba\u5be6\u9700\u8981\u8a72\u7269\u696d\u4f5c\u70ba\u4f4f\u5b85\u6216\u71df\u696d\u7528\u9014\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u7533\u8acb\u9a45\u9010\u3002\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1a<\/strong> \u623f\u6771\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u5b9a\u671f\u79df\u7d04\u5c46\u6eff\u524d\u81f3\u5c11\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u767c\u51fa\u901a\u77e5\uff1b\u82e5\u70ba\u65b0\u696d\u4e3b\uff0c\u5247\u9808\u5728\u53d6\u5f97\u8a72\u7269\u696d\u5f8c\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5167\u767c\u51fa\u901a\u77e5\u3002\u9a45\u9010\u8a34\u8a1f\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u79df\u671f\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5167\u63d0\u8d77\u3002\u6b64\u9805\u7406\u7531\u8981\u6c42\u623f\u6771\u8b49\u660e\u5b58\u5728\u771f\u5be6\u4e14\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4e14\u82e5\u623f\u6771\u64da\u6b64\u6210\u529f\u9a45\u9010\u79df\u5ba2\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u9808\u9075\u5b88\u70ba\u671f\u4e09\u5e74\u7684\u7981\u6b62\u91cd\u65b0\u51fa\u79df\u671f\u9593\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u91cd\u5efa\u3001\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u7ffb\u65b0\u6216\u958b\u767c\uff1a<\/strong> \u6b64\u9805\u7406\u7531\u901a\u5e38\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u79df\u5ba2\u96b1\u779e\u6b64\u4e8b\u5be6\u7684\u65b0\u79df\u8cc3\u5354\u8b70\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u77e5\u6089\u8a72\u60c5\u6cc1\u5f8c\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5167\u63d0\u8d77\u8a34\u8a1f\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u9055\u53cd\u79df\u8cc3\u5354\u8b70\u689d\u6b3e\uff08\u9055\u7d04\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u79df\u6236\u61c9\u9075\u5b88\u79df\u8cc3\u5354\u8b70\u4e2d\u8f09\u660e\u7684\u689d\u6b3e\u3002\u91cd\u5927\u9055\u7d04\u884c\u70ba\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u88ab\u9a45\u9010\u3002\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7bc4\u4f8b\uff1a<\/strong> \u5c07\u7269\u696d\u7528\u65bc\u975e\u7d04\u5b9a\u4e4b\u7528\u9014\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u5c07\u4f4f\u5b85\u79df\u7d04\u7528\u65bc\u5546\u696d\u7528\u9014\uff09\u3001\u672a\u7d93\u6388\u6b0a\u8f49\u79df\u3001\u5c0d\u7269\u696d\u9020\u6210\u91cd\u5927\u640d\u5bb3\uff0c\u6216\u64fe\u4e82\u9130\u5c45\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1a<\/strong>
